Prospector Square - Special Meeting for the Master Plan Vote
The Board recommends a special assessment vote on Phase 1 of the Master Plan in the amount of $1.1M, to be paid in cash (not debt) by members over a two-year term (8 quarterly payments). An official Notice of Special Meeting and a complete voting package will be distributed via email and regular mail no later than Friday, December 23rd.
Prospector Square Drive-in Movie
The Park City Film Series is partnering with Prospector Square to present a drive-in movie experience in Lot K in Prospector Square. Come re-live your childhood with your friends and family with this classic American summer past time!
Park City Museum Breaks Ground on Education and Collections Center
There's an addition of sorts happening with the Park City Museum. It's in Prospector, and will be a brand new building that features expanded archives for all things "historical" in Park City. The Main St location will remain as well.

Park City Film Series
The Prospector Lodge and Conference Center in Prospector Square is the temporary location for the Park City Film Series as their home at the Park City Library undergoes renovation.
Park City's Best
Each year the Park Record hosts an online poll for Park City's Best services, people and places. We are proud that some of these top vote-getters call Prospector Square home.

Outdoor dining is a perfect way to enjoy Prospector Square. Three of our restaurants offer outdoor dining as a seating option and we encourage you to take advantage of Park City's great summer weather.
Lot I Landscaping
Beginning June 26, crews will start work improving the the entrance to Prospector Square. The corner of Bonanza Drive and Prospector Avenue is a key entrance point to the district and planned landscaping and sign improvements will highlight the area and welcome those visiting the neighborhood.
Marriott's Multi-Mullion Dollar Renovation Complete
The Park City Marriott, located in Prospector Square, announced the completion of its multi-million dollar renovation. The design included a new concept for the lobby, restaurant, and concierge lounge and bar areas, along with a refresh of all meeting spaces, guestrooms and corridors.
Park City Lock & Key Rocky Mountain Hardware Open House

Park City Chamber and Visitor Bureau Moves
After 26 years at their 1910 Prospector Avenue location, the Park City Chamber and Visitor Bureau has moved. The Chamber recently moved to a new Prospector Square location at 1895 Sidewinder Drive.

Along with her husband Houman Gohary and two daughters, Blanca Gohary has lived in Park City since 1999. The duo opened their highly acclaimed restaurant, Good Karma, in 2006.
