Overnight parking (1:00am to 6:00am) is permitted for lodging guests and residents of Prospector Square provided you have a parking permit. All Parking Permits shall be prominently displayed in the front windshield or dash at all times when the permitted vehicle is located in a Parking Lot. Permits are issued by the individual lodging properties, typically at check-in.
From December 1 to April 1, no vehicle can remain in the same spot for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive hours. From April 2 to November 30 vehicles are required to move every seven (7) days. Permission for an extension to these times can be approved by the PSPOA Board.
In each lot there are certain spaces designated for overnight parking and are indicated on the map in yellow.
